2 years ago I had kidney stones for a month straight. During that period my urologist had me on Percocet 5/325 meaning Oxycodone 5 mg with 325 mg of Acetaminophen (Tylenol. He had me taking ten to twelve a day for a good portion of a month. Anyone who has has kidney stones can vouche for what a 30 day episode might be like. At the end ( I passed the last stone 2 hours before a scheduled surgery) I think I felt withdraw for about 4 days. Mostly depression, fatigue, and inability to confront complex tasks with any motivation. There was no physical sickness. It is hard to tell how much was just exhaustion and an adrenaline crash and how much was withdrawal since I stopped the drugs cold. In 4 days I awoke with my typical morning motivation.
I have taken Percocet also when I had ACL surgery and when I had a herniated disc. Taking a single Percocet 2x a day to cycle for a couple weeks is no threat to addiction unless you have prior addiction issues. You will feel nothing when you stop and feel nothing when you take them other than some pain relief.
Your biggest threat is constipation. Take a stool softener with each pill.
