Question on size increase (girth) rate for Titan implants

Hi All,
My personal experiences with a Titan are as follows:
- 75 days post surgery.... evidence of minor increase in girth ~7mm length increase of 1.5cm
- It appears to me that the girth dimension is tunica bound... if you have relatively flexible tunica or just more tissue able to be inflated then the
Titan can push out to the 22mm diameter it is designed to achieve.
- As previously covered... it is surprising to me how little tissue resides on the outside of the implant... its thin..
- I don't have a issue with an oval shape.... it all looks legit!

I selected the Titan because I understood that it retained girth better then the AMS, but so far that has not been the case . I am very happy with the flaccid shape and size however. I went from almost nothing, turtle dick, to over 3.5", and it is that way all of the time . It does take some getting use to, I keep "bumping" into things with it , not use to that. I just hope I get some of the erect girth back .

I gained 1 cm girth from my pre-implant size with my Titan during the first couple months. I never gained any more girth during the next six months I had it. I lost 1 cm from my pre-implant size (total loss of 3 cm from the Titan) to now, which is a little over two months. I gained .5 cm during the first two months with the LGX. Just my results, I suspect everyone is different. I'm hoping to get a couple more centimeters of girth as the LGX stretches me. The LGX is less oval than the Titan. But, I think oval is just the way these things end up.

I came across this thread from a few months back – which I read with interest because I’m in a similar position of having lost a noticeable amount of girth after the operation - I am 5 weeks post-op Titan implant.

Before the op I was 15cm girth. Post-op I measure 12.5cm girth. Not sure the reason why.

I'm trying to figure out why the girth-loss happened - do the Titan’s only come in one standard girth size?.. or is it more likely because a wrong girth-size cylinder has been chosen for me?

I notice the oval shape also. What I’m trying to do, is whilst inflated I try squeezing inwards with my hand (as indicated by the red arrows in attached photo) – in the hope that this might gradually 'model' it into a more circular shape over time.

I wondered if anyone on this thread had seen an improvement with their girth over time, or if there’s any advice anyone has on how/if the girth can be re-gained over time?

I am 6 mo post op, I had a 6.5" girth pre-implant, now I'm at 5.5" since implant and have not seen any change to date. My dick is kind of flat now, about 2" across the top but only about an inch thick. But hay, it works now and that is what I wanted.
