Strength of Trimix prescription

I’ve been wondering how strong my Trimix prescription is compared to others. I am on:
15 mg papaverine / 0.5 mg phentolamine / 25 mcg alprostadil / 400 mcg cyanocobalamin

At least that’s what the prescription indicates. And also, what do each of the components do?

It's sort of middle of the road. The mixes vary quite a bit. Some are custom mixes as designed by the patient's doctor but often they are standard mixes as offered by the compounding pharmacies. What is unusual to me, which may just be a reflection of my ignorance, is the inclusion of the 400 mcg cyanocobalamin you listed as being in your mix. That isn't found in the "Standard Mixes" I've seen and is, based on my extensive research (simple one time google search) vitamin B12. That seems to me to be an odd thing to inject into the dick. But what do I know?

That's a near standard strength starter mix (30-1-20) IMO with 25 mcg PGE1 per ml with a starter mix doing 20. IMO and testing separately, the papavarine adds little and the phentolomine some (perhaps there is a synergistic effect) and these two amounts are lower.

I did cyanocobalamin (B12) years ago and was instructed to inject it into the fatty tissue on the stomach or butt, not into the blood stream. I'd wonder about that bit for sure but I'm a layman.
