I could feel mine for a month or two after surgery. Not any pain just know it was there. I have had abdominal surgery though so that may be why.

Implanted today. No pain from the reservoir at all. Overall, pain is a lot less than expected. Most pain is from the drain tube when I stand or sit. No pain pills taken, yet.

Lots of people argue with members on here BUT, the one piece of advice any of our implanted members will give you is BE PATIENT. Starting around week 3, things will start to significantly improve. Resist the urge to proceed to anything until the doctor says it's ok. Bath when he says ok, cycle when he says ok and sex when he says ok. Rushing things could cause permanent damage and void your warranty. It's just not worth it. The longest I have heard about is 6 weeks... that's not really that long. Ice a couple times a day for no more than 20 minutes, bathe in as hot as you can stand when the doc say ok... this softens up the pump. When you start cycling, pump to the max and then put the VED on and pump until uncomfortable for 5 minutes. Good luck Bionic Brother.

Agree with Larry 110%! I tried to rush it at week 2, had a hard on for three days because I couldn't find the release button, had to go to urgent care for them to release it . JUST LEAVE IT ALONE.

Discharged this morning. Two hour ride home. Swelling and soreness but still only taking Tylenol. Don't know if it's the swelling or just the Titan but surprising girth already. Thanks for the input guys.
