Less sensitivity with an implant? No! As long as the surgery is done correctly you should have the same sensation as before. At first, you will lose some sensitivity but it will come back as you heal.

I'll definitely be talking to Dr. Bella about getting an implant when I see him in about a month for a follow up for the shockwave treatment. I'm slowly getting worse and worse, for whatever reason the shockwave treatment pretty much did nothing for me this time around. We'll see what he says when I see him, but after 7 years of dealing with this shit I just want something that works...I really really appreciate everyone's responses! I feel like there's hope for me

I gained most of that girth in the last 15 or so years, I don't know if it was from using injections, last 12+ yrs., or just getting older. I loved it though, a nice hand full! Flaccid, I was, and still am, around 5.5" and between 1 & 2" long, erect 6.5"+ in girth and 5.5" long. My wife never complained about the girth but now, at 5.5", says it is more comfortable then when it was larger, I never knew it was a problem for her . I do miss the feel of the girth and the fact that my dick is now kind of "D" shaped with the D laying down, if you know what I mean, instead of being very round.
