Can I ask how often you cycled your implant?

I think the problem is not how many times cycles the implant. but during intercourse, the intensity of the shots and the contact of the tubes with the woman's pubis.
If vigorous sex, more likely the failure..

Are you sure about this? I am in my late 30s and have often a vigorous sex. Could that really lead to that, my implant just start leaking so I am trying to figure out what could have cuased it

In this Kramer' video, you see the fracture of the tubing...this tube is broken. it depends not by continues inflation-deflations, but probably due by repeated contact ( pubis-scrotum) during penetration...

And....
certainly the position of the pump and tubing , also is an indicator of failure. If a good doctor hides the pump and the tubes inside the scrotum, the implant will be more durable.
If you have " High" pump, exposed in front of balls, it will certainly slam with the woman's bone during sex.. so the failure is more likely

Maxxxx, The pump in your scrotum would not hit her pubic bone. If anything it would slap against her perineum in most positions.

Not the pump but the tubing... At base of the shaft there are the tubing.
It is inevitable during sex the rubbing with female body.

One would seriously hope so but, some doctors only implant one brand. I suspect that there may be some kick backs in that type of situation.

I think the AMS devices top out at 22cm, whereas the Coloplast have 24-26-28cm cylinders. I know that’s one deciding factor...

i have asked Dr eid the question "how will this thing fail" five times and his answer is always the same"

"the tubing is where the titan fails, so try not to bounce the pump up and down vertically when squeezing it"

Everyone also states that the cylinders are NOT the failure point for titan. Those cylinders are super strong and they do not fail. So, thrust away men, you can be as rough as you want and angle all you want, the cylinders will be fine and you and your partner can enjoy the Ttian sex machine to the maximum.

(note, the AMS cylinders (especially LGX) are not as strong as the titan, so I cannot say for sure that this is the case with AMS)
