Special in that:
1) He did what he promised
2) He communicated by phone, email and in person. Yes, he even brought my meds to my room.
3) Staff is fabulous too. Very friendly
4) 18 months post implant and he still reviewed my CT and PET scans with radiology to give me an accurate perspective of what is going on and refused to charge for it even though I asked him to.
5) The entire Baltimore experience was wonderful. I hope I can go back to visit some time. The people were friendly even though before surgery, I walked many blocks through what is considered some of the worst neighborhoods. Yes there were druggies and homeless on the street and stoops, but I learned long ago, they don't bother you when you treat them with respect and sometimes appreciate someone who stops to visit a minute.
6) I appreciate their public transportation. Cheap and great to visit with folks on the train.
7) Everything you need is within walking distance.

At the risk of being labeled a fan boy of Dr Kramer I can confirm that Dr Kramer is simply the best physician I have encountered. Pre, during and after the surgery. Results great but even after the implant he has been there for me when I had questions related to the implant and urology. So happy I chose him and that I got the implant.

Does Eid have a special?

1) I can say he responds. He responded to me years ago after my prostatectomy and has to my implant questions and issues.
2)He says what he has to say clear and concise and does not write a book like I do.
3) It is clear that like Kramer, he loves what he does and I think that often makes a good doctor.
4) From the design of his technique which has changed a little bit over the years to information passed on by patients, his goal is absolute perfection. 5) Having seen pictures of his work WELL beyond the healing date, he accomplishes it.
5) Like Kramer, he makes house calls to your hotel.

6)When many doctors told me no, he said yes, that the issues that they saw as a problem were simple routine for him that he had fixes for.
7) His cost is in line with Kramer. Not inflated like some places.
8) He has a guarantee on his work.

Insurance, logistics and wife not wanting to go to New York were the reasons I did not use him but if given no barriers, I would not hesitate.

Please try to book it as soon as possible. All the doctors get booked up toward the end of the year. Throw in holidays and it can be hard. Cheers.

Ditto to all the above, He was one of most caring doctors and I've know a lot due to my mothers history and lat wife as she fought cancer. Surgery was great, Patrick was outstanding and his team has been with him over 10 years which should tell us all about him. I went back for first inflate and he found I was still swollen due to work he had to do with scaring I had inside, lower left. I finally got my first inflate (picture) and it was great. If I ever have problem with my AMS, I only go to him, he is THE BEST.

Someone asked about Dr. Eid. I will not drone on but just say of the MANY doctors I have dealt with in my life through my own medical issues and as an advocate for Many family members, that Dr, Eid is the most responsive doctor I ever encountered BY FAR. He also seems to take unlimited time with patients. I am not sure how long you would have to take before he said he had to go. If he has to interrupt you for another patient he just says wait. Then he comes back for another whole session. I can call or text him even today on weekends or holidays. His staff are also always happy to get on the phone and answer any questions.

His skill needs no explanation.

Hey Guys, Can someone help me out? Im trying to get scheduled for surgery for the Implant by Dr Kramer. I am in NC. I have emailed back and forth a few times with Ms. Fisher in his office and talked with her on phone one time a couple weeks back. I requested information from her and have had no response. I have also emailed her several times and called several times in the past week and left her messages and NO response at all. I don't understand no response at all. I wonder if Dr Kramer is aware of his poor office / customer service. I would like to email him directly if I can to hopefully get scheduled in November. Does anyone have any suggestions, have his email , how can I get this accomplished????

I cannot fathom that could EVER happen with Dr. Eid. I can get in touch with him as easily as I can get in touch with my brother. His office staff are more than responsive. They are pleasant and attentive.
