You had two balls in there. There should be able to accommodate the new fella. You scrotum may stretch. I'm not sure. Maybe an implantee with a small scrotum can comment.

I've never heard of doing that. When I deflate my pump locks itself out. If I 'pop' it it's ready to pump. I never do that. I will soon be 2 years implanted.

What's weird is when I was younger late 20s and 30s I had some hangers. It seems after my daughter kicked me in the nuts while we were grocery shopping is when my scrotum started to ascend. Maybe a ball stretcher would help?

After deflate, you do one quick squeeze of the bulb. You will feel a "pop". That locks the device and keeps the saline from draining from the reservoir into the implant if you put pressure on the reservoir from bending over or the likes of that. With the pump locked "pop" you physically have to squeeze the pump to drive the saline into the implant.
I guess you could squeeze the pump inadvertently by say riding a motocross bike across the desert.
My implant ALWAYS feels more ridged, even fully deflated, than any time in my life. Except when a woman is causing me to get aroused. Deflated and laying on top of my belly it is enough to visualy arouse my wife if she is in the mood.
Get used to it. It is a good feeling.

tsanchez, you have the best URO on the west coast. In another post you ask how many pumps to max. You would need to tell what the length is and also varies as to what volume your tunica is. The inside size of your tunica would determine the # of pumps till max.
Call Dr Karpman for these questions. His staff can answer them better than this board.

I have had the same problem. I felt like the tip was going to come through the side of my penis. I have met with two different reps from Coloplast. They said that happens sometimes but the more I pump it up, the less it will happen. I thought my cylinders were filling back up also. That is why my doctor called the reps in. My release valve is right under the scar on my scrotum. Hurts like hell when I go to release it. So, because of that it is painful to hit the release valve. I had scar tissue around it also, and that made it even harder to find. Even after i pop the release valve, I can see the tip of the cylinder. I use to feel it everytime I moved. Hurt like someone sticking a large needle in the end of it. That has subsided pretty much now. The reps told me that the cylinders would feel "crunchy" when you press on them after releasing the fluid, then they were empty. Pop the pump once or twice. I am two months out of surgery today. Most of the time i feel that i am about 1/4 erect. I am sure that is due to the cylinders. I had a serious curvature in my penis before surgery and that has added to the fact of the tip on one side being more prone to sticking out. Remember, the tips of those cylinders are pretty hard. Hang in there. I keep telling myself I have more than i did before surgery. Good luck. You are not alone with this problem.

Same with me. My penile shaft right side is completely flat after I drain all fluid.
