Sorry lenders, I just saw this question.

It is 6 1/2" Bone Pressed Erect Length Dr Eid promised me 6 1/4" maybe a little more. Maybe he would still measure it as that because he did not aggressively press the ruler against the bone.
Prostatectomy 2004-Bimix caused Peyronies-Viagra had little effect. Active sex life with wife of 50 yrs- been dependent on a VED for 10 yrs. 22cm Titan w/Dr. Eid Aug 7th See my Implant Journal -> http://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/board,56.0.html

My LGX is 18 cm w 3 cm rte, so 3/4" longer. Go to the hospital and get a copy of your surgery notes. I measured 11 cm proximal. and 10 cm distal. If you are 11 cm and 8 cm then maybe you can use me as an example. Implanted on Aug 8th and at 6 1/8" this AM. My best so far. Still having pump problems but am optimistic about the future. I was 6.5" before implant. I had lost over 1 1/2 inches from ED. Was 7.1 inches and recovered that using VED. My girth grew to 6.66 and I lost about 1/2" in length using a larger VED cylinder. .
So if you had 6.5 at one time it is still there just needs to be stretched out. I assume that by next year I will be 6.5 again. So with 3/4" shorter maybe you can expect 5 3/4"?
Here's the problem. Most guys don't have their surgery notes. Let's say you find 2 exact matches 18 cm w 1 cm rte. But one guy measured 9 cm proximal and 10 cm distal and the other was 10 cm proximal and 9 cm distal. The first one should end up over 6" and the second one about maybe 5 3/4". But if you measured 11 proximal and 8 distal your best might be about 5.5" more or less.
In my very short experience I am seeing that the rods push what you have available. Right now I am fully pumped over a period of 8 hours. I've been fully erect for several nights and deflated for work during the day. Have gained 1/2" this week using VED with the pump. As the VED stretches me the rods are able to push farther. When I only partially pump I am shorter but they are me natural feeling more comfortable. Yet every day the length increases for that comfort zone.
Here is my goal, 6.5" when max pumped and about 6.1 at the comfort level and that is what I'll use.
Good luck and keep in mind that you have a really big boy being held back by scarring that can be stretched out again. I did it before surgery in less than 3 months suing very aggressive VED therapy. You can stretch yourself out slowly using your scrotal pump, may take years to fully develop your full potential. VED is much faster.
But look at your distal number on your surgical notes to see what to expect overall. The higher the number the more potential in length.

Thanks DougAnd.
I appreciate detailed information about length possibilities.
Before Radical prostatectomy I was 6.5” and was hit with big loss right after prostate removal. From RP (11/2/2016) to implant 9/5 , I was not able to recover much. I used regularly VED pump Post-T-Vac especially last 8 weeks before implant.
At consultation visit my stretched length was 4.5”.
Now, 4 weeks post implant, maximally pumped to point of discomfort plus 2-3 additional pumps a few min later, I am only 3.5” which is very saddening and pathetic looking.
If I ever get to that 4.5” stretched before surgery, I will be very happy.
I am hoping.....

DougAnd,
Just got my operative notes:
My measurements are: 12 cm proximal and 7cm distal.
Such a weird numbers.
Not promising at all.
I am one unlucky guy who is always part of a bad statistics.
Such a disheartening news for me.
My hope sunk at this moment.

The proximal and distal measurements have nothing to do with final length. These measurements are taken from a reference point from the incision. If surgeon measured from the distal end of the incision the distal measurement would be less and the proximal more, than if measured from the proximal end of the incision.

The important point is the length of the cylinders and how deep your crus is. If the crus is shorter, then more of the cylinders will be in the outer or usable portion of the penis so penis would be longer than if your crus is long. On average, 1/3 of the cylinder is in the crus. If that was the case for you, you could possibly end up being 5". If you have a long crus you will be shorter, shorter crus then longer.

The size of you glans penis has some effect on length, but very minor.

No matter what size, it will be hard for pleasing for as long as you want. I have yet to be implanted, so I am jealous of you.

I feel a connection to you because we had our surgeries a day apart. There is someone on FT that you have a contentious relationship with ( he IS quite rough around the edges) but I do believe he gave you some good advise. On another thread he mentioned that there are chances for gains in length not only with the LGX but with all the devices. It is not product specific, but anatomy driven. You are a lot like me. I want results NOW. But, if I was you, I would want someone to tell me “ don’t give up hope yet, it’s way too early” there are MANY FT members that have had gains after being implanted. Maybe Smetro or Merrix or Alibaba can weigh in on exactly how much they have gained after they got their Titan and how long it took. If you are 3.5 now, and with possible gains in the next 6 or so months, you may be able to get where you want to be. C’mon FT brothers! Let’s encourage MK with his situation. He’s in a dark place right now. This is what this site is about.

Thanks kosh200.
Your post is encouraging.
It sims most troubling is my fucking anatomy.
Maybe, it was meant for me to be sexually useless guy.
I am getting that as a message from others, far more luckier guys who have hard time to understand average guy.

We'd have to have videos of the surgery to actually compare one to one. But I can tell you the if they went in through your scrotum and not above your penis that most uros pick about the same spot. So within an inch or so the measurements are very similar. So if ours are identical then 3 cms= 1 1/5 inches from 6 1/5 inches is 5 inches. My actual cuts are pretty low compared to the std. Yours could be lower which would shorten your potential but I doubt it.
I don't want to set unrealistic expectations but I would think 4.5" to 5" within 6 months is realistic. I'm at 2 months and using VED about twice a week. I'm just now getting consistent measurements within about 1/4" each time. If you have your VED and have not been told not to use it yet then start. Twice daily. Here is what I'm seeing. The tips push like tractors from the inside. But when I have more to give they seem to be able to push higher. Not sure if this is the whole tube sliding higher inside of me or just the tips having an easier job? But I went from 5.5, 6, 5.7, 5,6, 6, 5.8, etc nothing consistent to 6 and 6.1 consistently every time.
I don't think your 3.5 means anything right now. I was pumped 20% after surgery so got a jump start on everyone else even though a small one compared to 50% or 70%.
Do this. Fully pump before you go to bed. At the toilet during the night when standing pump a few more. I use a heating pad on my privates while I sleep. That softens things up for max Stretch. It is still slow go but maybe you can see enough positive results to brighten your day and give you hope. Bottom line your 6.5 inches are still there you just need to find them. That will take years but at least you are now on the right road.

Did I see that right? Just noticed that you were implanted on the 5th? So about one month ago? Yeah your still very green. My biggest mistake was wanting the results from a surgery that I did not have. You were shrunk to fit just like me and most others. That is a deep hole to climb out of. We will both be climbing together for some months to come. But try what I suggested to speed things up a bit. And keep climbing steadily.
Your VED. Is it an expensive pressure controlled device or a cheap 2" cylinder with a ball or pump? If you want real results use the cheap ones costs about $14.00. Mark 3.5 inches on the outside using a marker then put 1/4 inch ticks up the bell. Then wrap in clear tape. I went from 5 3/8 inches to 7.1 inches from mid march to the end of May. So less than 3 months. You should be able to stretch out about 1/4" every few weeks. But cycle 5 min on 5 min off three times in the morning and 3 times at night. Every day and keep a log.
Eventually you will become longer than your prosthese can handle. Not sure what to do after that. It should happen too fast to upgrade so you may just need to put it in a holding pattern at 5" Maybe 5.5" You'll need to figure that one out for yourself

Thanks DougAnd!
I used VED after RP and 7 weeks before I was implanted.
I used Pros T Vac pump and I still own it.
I was told by my implant surgeon: VED pump is NO NO after implant surgery.
He said VED has potential to pull reservoir and tubing out of space and can damage unit and can also cause serious injury.
He told me yesterday to do cycling 3 times a day to the point of discomfort and try to stay there at least 15 min, if it becomes more tolerable, I should try to add 2-3 pumps again.
Did your doc give you permission to use VED?
