18+1 What can I expect?

Ricardo70 wrote:There is a thing that I cannot understand. The cylinders of the implant Titanium can, to major number of pumping to increase the thickness, but not the length.
Then...How can length be gained? What is the process?
Help me with this.
Ricardo,
As explained to me by a leading surgeon, the AMSLGX700 is designed to contract lengthwise on deflation for a smaller more natural flaccid looking state and then lengthen and return to erect size during inflation. The idea is a softer more natural and maybe more comfortable deflated penis especially in the very early months after implant. This means that if you started with a 6 1/2 " penis but lost some because of ED and now have a 6" erection you might be sent home with something like a 5" deflated penis. When you pump up you will go to 6" and have some possibility of lengthening and regaining some lost length.
In the same situation if you get a Titan You will go home with a 6" deflated penis. While the cylinders themselves only lengthen a few percent (4%) the cylinders in your deflated penis have folds in them. When you start to pump they unfold and press lengthwise. I can pump enough to have intercourse and still have small partial folds. By the time all the folds are out of my cylinders, I am rock hard and can feel length and girth expansion. From that point, the cylinders can expand lengthwise about another 4%. That is why Dr. Kramer (who uses lots of LGX implants says, "Ultimately they both give you the same size "because you size them"
While a Titan might drop to a 5 'o'clock position within 4 weeks, It takes the Titan months to gradually soften to a loose hanging state. I think most men with an LGX you get that as soon as the swelling is down.

Hawkman,
This what you said it is not my case.
I was implanted 31 day ago and my flaccid and erect penis is always sticking out at 90 degrees or 3 o’clock position which drives me crazy.
I wish it started changing the angle but as of now, that is not the case.
Titan cylinders are very uncomfortable when deflated and penis look nothing else but very disfigured one.
Titan might be good choice for long penises,
I do think, small penis owners, are not very happy with Titan.
At least I am not.

MK, is your angle improving even slightly?
I do not have a huge penis and Andy is smaller. The Titan is not uncomfortable to me at all at this point. At first it stuck out so much I thought it was inflated.

I am VERY happy with my Titan implant. I have no problem with my flaccid state, the pump works fine, I'm all

Hawkman,
Trust me, I would not just write about it to annoy you. I am an responsible adult and I am not complaining very often. I was thinking, I can write here on FT about what bothers me, in hope to here from others who experienced the same.
I wish I am at your stage of recovery but I am not and who knows when I will be. Also, I know, you are 4 weeks ahead of me.
Length wise, you have huge adventage and that IMO might be reason why my case is so much different. I said before, and I still think, length of penis play big role in Titan implantees. It depends on the length of the penis at what angle it will be in flaccid state.

Andy,
I am glad you are very happy with your Titan.
At what time, your angle of flaccid position started going down?
I think you have a couple of centimeters longer implant then I do.
I saw picture of your flaccid penis and it looks like it is at least at 5 o’clock position which is perfectly acceptable and I am sure it is not much visible as it was before.
I wish mine gets to that position.

Re: 18+1 What can I expect?
MK1965,
I'm sorry if you're not satisfied. But I think that not all Titan' mens with 3 clock angles, they are unhappy. Just my opinion.
However a solution may be to wear tight pant and keep your penis at the top. I still do so, although my flaccid penis points to 5.30 clock.
I wish the best for you

It took about two months, it was at "4 o'clock" from the start, right after surgery, and my flaccid length was around 3". My left testicle is quite large, I guess because I only have one (right side never developed), so as you can see from my pictures, it kind of props up my dick. As my flaccid size started to increase, it's now close to 4", it's weight is pushing down on my sack and therefore the angle is lower. It is very comfortable except in tight pants sitting down, so I prefer looser pants. Before my implant it really didn't matter what I wore

Just came back from another surgeon about 1 hour away. Trying to get ideas on fixing my bad pump placement and my 90 degree curve deformation that the implant has given me. No luck yet but while I waited in the office I toyed with an AMS 700 LGX on display. Pumped it up till it hit bypass and kept on pumping but nothing was happening. Deflated and inflated many times to see how it works. Found out that mini pumps do work and got the cylinders to inflate much more than when I did full squeezes and got put into bypass mode.
There are no folds in the LGX. Both cylinders are completely straight. I have an LGX and am 5 7/8 fully deflated and a steady daily 6" when fully inflated. I have severe peyronies disease but never had any deformation was always perfectly straight until my implant made me very crooked from uneven tips. The only reason the LGX is not recommended for peyronies is because it won't fit inside of the dilated openings. In my case I used aggressive VED to stretch out my chambers to nearly twice the size needed. Before surgery he asked me to accept the smaller AMS CX cylinders I said absolutely not. Then he cut me open and had a walk in the park surgery complements of me.
Guys who are deformed by Peyronies need to use a very aggressive VED therapy for 2 or 3 months presurgery. It should stretch them out enough to make them straight. But Titans thicker cylinders will give them a better chance of being straight flaccid or firm.
Titan will not grow you. Once you have recovered from shrinking because you were not 50% inflated for 3 weeks following surgery that is that.
So my LGX has not quite shown me my full 18cm length. Had my uro put the pump in the right place my VED would have long since stretched me out beyond the implant's length and I would know exactly what I had before cylinder stretch began. I suspect that 6 1/8" is my max 18cm length. Any more will come from the cylinders expansion to 18.1,2,3,4,5,etc cm. For me 6 is fine not really interested in any more.

Every uro of mine so far was totally shocked that I used VED after implant their eyes glazed over. WHY!!! These guys don't have an implant have no idea how much it hurts to daily have your cylinders do the needless heavy lifting that they have caused by allowing you to scar and shrink after surgery. The phrase stripped and flogged comes to mind. The VED will do your stretching for you with much less time effort and pain. Not to mention the danger if erosion that the tips create every time you use them to the max. You can follow the advice of these bird brains and uninformed losers if you like. I have a brain I see more of the reports then they will ever look for. I can make a wise choice. After all I've taken care of my body for decades know it very well. These guys treat everyone like a worse case patient have no idea what your personal needs are.
But if you do not know your body then slow and easy is much safer. Keep in mind that I exploded my glans with VED once sooooooo....
Go for your God given 6.5' Never give up!!!!
