Unlike a number of you my size did not come back. I am two years out and still at 4" an inch less than before e.d. Initially I was upset and I still think my penis would accommodate longer implant chambers However wife and I have just had to get creative with different positions that work with my smaller equipment.

Your bio does not have your brand and size of cylinders and rtes. You say that at the time of your implant you were 5" and now after implant are 4"? This is why it is safer for you to be pumped 50% the day of surgery for the first 2 or 3 weeks. Apparently your scarring from the implant surgery was so severe that by the time you cycled it was too late. How long ago was that and who was your surgeon?

Doug I have the same implant as you just shorter. I am out of town and don't have my paperwork. The 5" measurement was 30 years ago, I am 68. I think the issue is shrinkage during 2 1/2 years without erections day or night. My cylinders just reach the base of the glans after many pumps so I do think he could have used at least half-inch longer ones. I used a local urologist who does about 30 a month not hundreds like the well known ones. There is no way my wife would have gone along with flying to Philadelphia or Florida for this. It was hard enough to get her to sign on to this at all I am getting Viagra to see if it will stiffen the glans and make more vigorous intercourse doable without falling out. With 4" that is the biggest problem - keeping it in her not so tight box that delivered 5 babies. ☹️
