I just checked this Otouch out it is only about 3.5 - 4 inches deep. It would only cover the top half of your hardon.
Does it still feel that good compared to a fleshlite?

The great thing about it is it has great suction, and the heat feels very good. It really concentrates on the head (glans). The vibrator has many settings and 3 intensities. I think it is about as close to a mouth that you can get, it is even shaped like one including the pallet, and the outside shape makes it easy to hold onto, plus the whole thing is waterproof, and all of that for $30! The flashlight will work the shaft more for sure, but for me, the sucking sound and the heat really feels good. Sometimes I will switch back and fourth between the two, but I usually cum in the Otouch. You do need to use lube of some kind, I use butter or cooking oil.

I find that with the Fleshlight, I have to use a LOT of lube.

can you use it soft??
72 MM married 48 years, live in Minnesota type 2 diabetes caused ed in my 40's went on trimix with great results but when wife had menopause sex got less and less so just wasn't cost effective so no sex since 2002.

I'm 5.3" long with a 5.5" girth erect, and it fits me perfectly, great suction! It may not work for a real big guy, say 6.5" girth, length doesn't mater since it is designed to "work" the first 3" or so.
