Flaccid hangs with a bit of of left angle and twist. About 4.5 inches

Wow, you can't even tell you have Peyronie's.

Yeah it's not that evident visually flaccid but the plaques are very evident to the touch and upon erection. The thing is I can get an erection but the bend creates a hinge point and the erection is very weak distal to the bend and its hard to keep. That's why I had the penile fracture because during sex it bent due to the lack of rigidity and tore internally. I haven't lost any significant length yet due to the Peyronies so I've been torn as to whether or not to proceed with the implant. It seems that the prevailing thought is to do it as so many guys say they wish they had sooner, especially with Peyronies because over time it gets worse. Mine seems pretty stable at this point but can't predict the future. That and sex pretty much sucks right now and is impacting the relationship with my wife. She just wants a good stiff one to ride and I'm not giving that to her right now. We used to have porn star type sex but now lucky to have sex at all.

Git r done. The sooner you do, the more effective it will be on the Peyronie's.

Thanks! I consider myself to be average and definitely nothing to show off. Based on your signature, if you're 7x6 you are doing just fine and it doesn't matter what you were like pre-op. Great that you had such a good outcome! I'm just posting so that hopefully when it's all said and done it will be a good reference for others to see to help them make a decision one way or the other. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.

One thing I notice on here is a lack of accurate documentation of what the pre-op condition was, particularly when it comes to actual size of the penis. It seems like guys are upset with size loss based on what they thought they used to have based on perceptions or memory but not necessarily on actual measurements. I understand size loss happens over time due to ED, Peyronies, prostatectomy etc. and also can happen post op to varying degrees. I think it would be interesting to document the before and after with accurate pictures so that is what I intend to do. I have attached photos showing my condition as it has progressed over the last couple of years. The one with the penile fracture is graphic but I think it relays the horror that I experienced and the fear of not wanting to repeat it, hopefully its acceptable and not offensive. My goal is to journal and take post op photos for comparison. I am looking at a December date with Dr Eid. Hopefully this will be educational and helpful to others in the future.

Yes it is!! I literally had a urethral tear and for two days if I got an erection I bled out like a murder scene. Went to ER and they looked at me like I was from Mars. Followed up with a urologist that Monday. He said I had a penile fracture which tore the urethra between it and the spongiosum. After a few days it healed, thankfully, but in the mean time I had to wear depends underwear to bed. The whole thing freaked me and my wife the f**k out! Needless to say, never want to repeat that again.
