Last night, I had my first implanted sex with my wife. Nothing good to talk about but it was sex with lots of obstacles. It was hard to keep my 1 inch shorter penis (3.5”) in vagina because of slipping out with moving . Started with about 75% inflated but needed to deflate to about 50% because of pain in cruss area and at the base of my penis where I have a lots of protruding hardware. According to my wife, my penis was very cold when first penetrated. The most important thing was that my wife experienced an orgasm. I was not able to reach that point.
Hopefully, it will get better and it will be more enjoyable in near future.
I hope this is glimpse of light at the end of long tunnel.

Hey MK;
Mine is cold too, so while we are engaged in foreplay I wrap my hand around it and warm it up. Until you are able to comfortably able to use all of your penis, here is a position to try... you stand on the floor and bring your wife to the edge of the bed, face up, either hold her legs apart or let her wrap them around your hips... you will get to use all of what you have and you should not slip out that way. Another of my favourites, my wife loves this one because we are very close and can kiss too is as follows... you sit on the bed (make sure there is some room behind you). Now have your wife come and sit on top of your legs facing you... you wrap your arms around her hips and she can wrap her arms around either your chest or neck.... you are so close you can get a mouthful of boob or kiss at the same time using your hands to help rock her hips. Let me know what you think. :)

Looks so natural that looking at it you would never know that you are implanted. Are you pleased with your outcome? Is your wife pleased with it? I ask because just because it looks great doesn't mean it works great or your wife is comfortable with it.. :)

Actually Larry, we are both very happy with the outcome. We enjoy my implant regularly. Only complaint is sometimes i pump it up too hard. No porn star but somewhat thick and it can be uncomfortable for her with a prolonged pounding. Also if i am too hard it can be difficult to orgasm. On demand erection. Given what a lot of us have been through, what coild be better !

I know what you mean about pumping too hard... My wife doesn't seem to care but if it's too hard for me I can orgasm as well.

Mk,
So glad things are looking up if only a little. Only takes that one sliver of success to make a big difference. Hurting tips mean more length hiding. A very good sign. I posted a study which shows most surgeons are using training for earlier implants that no longer exist. That what they learned does not apply to the ones we have. Distal erosion was my guys mantra. Does not apply to my implant. You may want to ask your Doc if he is using info specific for your implant or old data that he learned in training. A very big difference.

DougAnd,
When I last saw him on October 22nd, he inflated me to the max, waited few minutes and added few pumps until pump became completely hard. I told him about loosing 3/4 - 1” after implant and he played like he is very surprised by my loss. He said he sized me to best possible fit which was 18 cm + 1 RTE and he pointed to the tips of cylinders which were located in my glans. He also said that is perfect position for the tips to be in the glans when inflated. When I asked about measurements 12 cm proximal and 7 cm distal, how it is affecting my length? His answer was that that measurements does not affect the length. He also said he made higher corporotomies on both sides because of severe scaring around the base of the penis.
Whatever it was, I am stacked at 3.5”, seldom goes to 3 3/4” and that is my max with implant so far. I am cycling since 9/17 every day 2x daily, even some days I cycle 3x but with no progress.
I am still of the opinion that tubing around base of my penis is restricting my penis expansion.
Waiting to see what is going to happen by the end of 6 months.
Still having some hope.

Here is an update at 2 months post implant:
I see small improvement in lenght. Couple of times I was just shy 1/16 of 4 inches which is about 1/4” longer. Circumference is 4 7/8” which is also 1/4” thicker.
My erection angle is at 2 o’clock when fully inflated. That improved from 3 o’clock.
Angle of my flaccid penis is still bothering. It moved down 15-20 degrees which translates to 3:30 o’clock and still stickes out and always looks erect while even twisted like wet towel and completely empty.
I still hope, it will improve but if it continues at current speed, I will need additional 12-14 months to have normal flaccid.
Tubing around base of my penis is still bothersome and very uncomfortable while inflating and especially during sex (2 times since implant).
My surgeon mentioned he needed to make higher corporotomies because of severe scaring around base of my penis. This severe scaring is sequel from robotic prostatectomy.

I am told that the AMS LGX and CX are still working on improvements for you up to 2 years post implant. Are you scheduled for a revision to fix your plumbing?? :)

Hey Mk,
Glad to hear some light has come into your very dark tunnel. I don't know if you tried it but I flaccid stretch constantly day and night when I wake up. I can't imagine your doc would oppose that. It doesn't do much but does speed up the process of stretching out scars. About like a tortoise and a slug racing.
My neighbor just had an RP and another neighbor may have already had his shaved at the bladder. Is there anything you can tell me that would help them? I don't know if either one has developed ED but I'd like to warn them what to look for in advance. Thanks And keep on growing!!!

They might want to consider VED therapy now so they don't lose length when they go on pills, needles or implant. All of you poor buggers, that developed ED because you had the nerve to beat cancer or other medical ailments, know what I am saying... ED is almost a guarantee so be proactive and start now. Of course they should follow their doctors advice but, my only problem with that is, many doctors are not keeping up with advancements and studies that contradict previous thinking. They MUST keep up, medical advancements are happening frequently and the only way patients benefit is if their doctors stay current. Studies don (not just by my doctor) are proving the benefits of VED therapy Don't take my word for it, check this out :)

I totally agree with Larry.
Guy, who had RP, needs to start on penile rehabilitation program, which means low dose Cialis or Viagra right after prostate removal, at 4 weeks he should start using VED just for pumping some blood into penis to prevent atrophy. If no success with PDE5i (Cialis or Viagra) to produce erection, at 4 months he could start injecting into penis. I would start with BIMIX and if BIMIX doesn’t work next step should be TRIMIX.
If he does not experience sign of life from his penis by the end of 12 months and if he still desires sex ,depending on his age, it would be wise to start looking for IPP surgeons.
More time wasted, the harder recovery of sexual function.
If I coul go back, I would have my implant sooner likely at 13-14 months post RP. If it doesn’t work at 12 months, it won’t work later most likely or it will be like old car, FIX OR REPAIR IT DAILY.
