Again my post OP measurement was in the operating room and seems that that was how I was sent home. I expect to have roughly same length and decent girth when completely healed.

The size seems to be the main concern here for many guys. I am more concerned about how it feels for me and for my GF, especially for her. She was always able to make me cum and give me earth shaking orgasms, but was I able to return the favor? Many guys are only partially inflated when they come out of surgery. That may explain part of the size difference. Also, I assume there was no glans engorgement post surgery. That requires stimulation and I doubt Dr. Eid was doing anything to cause that to happen. Our penises are put through a lot during implant surgery and seem to be tight or tense for a period of time during healing. Once that goes away is when it relaxes and is more capable of growth. That may take a few weeks.

Thanks for everyone for comments, here's small update for days 7 and 8 post-op.
I am healing day by day. Each day seems to be a bit easier than previous and each inflation and deflation bit easier than previous.

I think on size I am now about 6.5" without pressing and 7.125" with pressing. I have been trying to pump it as hard as possible and feels like I need to warm it (heated pad much more comfy for me personally than bath) for a minute or two and after that I can squeeze the pump once or twice and I can do it again and again for maybe 5+ times after initial "full" inflate. Deflation is way easier, painful but way easier also.

The dick feels still pretty dead but maybe a tiny bit fuller. Pain is practically gone.

So overall excellent healing and assuming I get sensitivity, sensations and most of fullness back over time, I will have very positive outcome of this.

I measured inflated girth and it is 6 inch. That's over inch shy of starting but I think it will regain some of it. It is not feeling natural in any way or shape. I feel that it is getting better every day, but to have something that feels natural will take at least 30 days if not more.

A day shy of 3 weeks post op.
The new dick tested 3 times, one time oral, one anal and one time vaginal. Of course things will change but here are the initial experiences.
