Thanks Smetro! I was born with that curve. For years I wondered if it was a problem that needed to be addressed. Too afraid to ask anyone, even a doctor. Didn't have Google to rely on back then. Since it worked just fine, I let it go and didn't have any problems until my late thirties when ED raised its ugly head. Now when I inflate my implant, it has actually helped straighten out my curve. Not to mention making it nice and hard for the wife and me!

I’ve been dealing with one stubborn spot that doesn’t want to heal on my incision. Yesterday the doc said to start cycling and be careful with the incision. My question is when fully pumped I hang at 3:30. Is this normal or no? Look out for post First Use in the next week. So excited!!!

You got implanted in September and the incision hasn't healed? Are you diabetic? That should have healed by now.

I notice you have the same size implant as me, what is your erect size?

I healed well, and when I was first cleared to cycle after 4 weeks I was too aggressive and opened up the incision pretty good. It took this long for that part to heal up again. Not out of the woods yet, but it is MUCH improved.

I have only begun cycling a couple days ago, I never measured for girth. I have always been endowed in that department but since I started cycling my birth has grown a lot. Both flaccid and pumped.

My length flaccid and pumped is 5.25. When I am aroused it goes to 5.5. Not what it used to be but I’ll take it! Very pleased with the feel, look, etc. what do you measure? Does yours hang at 3:30 as well?

The surgeon will show me how to inflate and deflate on Dec. 10th. just shy of 9 weeks after surgery. So I don't know what my size is now. He left me inflated after surgery for 10 days, and it was 5.25". I was hoping at least 6". I lost a lot of length since ED started to take hold 21 years ago. Surgeon did not seem too concerned about maximizing my implant, even though that was my biggest concern.

I can hear the members on here saying how a 5" hard dick is better than a 10" soft one. I agree that a hard dick is better than a soft one, that is why I underwent implanting. But......

Imagine if you will, I have to go in for a knee replacement. My inseam currently is 30". And the surgeon says expect your leg to be 4 inches shorter than the other. Or heaven forbid I need both knees done! I go from being 5'8" tall, to 5'4" tall! I would need to change all my IDs AND I will need to look up at my wife!!

That 4 inches is the relative difference between a 6.5" dick and a 5.25" dick.

I agree that you have every right to be unhappy with the results. I think all that people saying a smaller hard one is bigger than a large soft one (me included) is trying to give you a little reason to smile, a glimmer of hope if you will. After you have had the size loss, you may not ever get any length or girth back and that sucks but at least you can get back to loving your partner with whatever you have. Don't give up too easy, too soon, I hear that you can get results right up to 2 years post op.

He installed a CX so no growth in length, just girth, but wife finds her walls thining, so don’t know if that will be good for her. I really think he really has no interest in sizing fully.

It’s just been really frustrating! I had the money to go to the States, but I guess I don’t value myself that much. Just crying over spilled milk.

I am back to my original (meaning pre-prostatectomy) length, but it took quite some time to get there. Sorry to say the thing we all hate to hear: patience.

I do not see when you were implanted and how much time passed till you regain your pre-prostatectomy lenght,
Surely, that would be interesting to know for recent implanted.

I was implanted in 2002. Since I didn't measure it really until this year, I don't know when it actually got to its original length. All I know is that I started with 5" hard (pre-prostatectomy) and have 5" hard now with the implant. (Of course it is harder now than it was before my prostatectomy -- I had cardiac problems that required bypass surgery in 2001 -- so it is nice to be back to my "teenager boner"!)
