Recent surgery
Recent surgery
I had surgery last Wed. Experiencing pain and discomfort but the pain killers are helping. It’s much too early to be making judgements as to the success of this for me. I’ll try to give accurate reports of my progress.
Re: Recent surgery
Best of luck on your recovery. It's not the easiest thing but it will definitely be worth it in the long run.
Just think of it this way, the worst is OVER! The best is yet to cum!
Looking forward to hearing about your progress.

Re: Recent surgery
I had Titan surgery last June 16. I'm guessing you're going to start feeling much better in about a week. Hang in there. It'll be worth it!

Welcome to Frank Talk Bob.
I was implanted with the Coloplast Titan 4+ years ago and it now just feels like part of my body.
Just be patient --- your implant will feel more comfortable and natural day by day.
Different men heal at different rates --- some in 6-8 weeks and some longer.
I was back in the gym working out with the weights about 7 weeks Post-Surgery.
Now I am a few pumps away from a very firm erection 24/7 --- well worth the healing period!!

Best of luck with your new Implant.

Bob - Welcome to the Brotherhood of Bionic Boners! At you stage of the game, I have 2 words. Ice and ibuprofen. Both will help with the inflammation and swelling, and with those under control, the pain should subside.

Thanks guys. Still swollen with pain. It's getting a little old but I guess I'll have to be patient.

Re: Recent surgery
I saw the doctor the other day and all is going well. The swelling and pain is starting to let up but I still have a way to go. He said that my phallus has a nice size which should make me satisfied with the final results. I go back in 2 weeks when he says the inflamation should be gone and I can start to pump the unit.
Re: Recent surgery
Stay with the ibuprofen. Even 200 mg 2 or 3 times a day is a significant anti-inflammatory. Lots of people stop when the pain goes down, and don't get the total benefit. I had significant inflammation and swelling. I couldn't get to the pump to deflate after surgery, so I walked around for over 3 weeks pumped up pretty firm from the doc. Finally got to the button (couldn't even feel it for all the swelling) and was able to deflate. So I went from not being able to get an erection straight to a 3 week long boner! Try keeping that a secret!
My point is, my urologist told me to stay with ibuprofen, something I already knew. He said he had never had a patient that had the inflammation and swelling I did. 1 year later, all is well, so hang in there! (Nice phrase when talking about dicks, right - hang in there!)

Re: Recent surgery
It's been seven weeks now. I have had some issues. at 3 weeks my scrotum swelled . The doctor didn't think there was an infection but put me on an antibiotic anyhow. Monday I was at the doctor and it was pumped for the first time. It measured 5 1/2 in. which wasn't bad I was about 6 1/4 to 6 1/2. It looks like I lost some girth . That's not the problem though. It has been very unconfortable. . When I squeeze it out to deflate it it's a little firm but ok. The fluid works it's way back in and It becomes a little hard, not full but enough for me to feel constant pressure. The doctor said things may stretch out a little and solve that.I hope so because felling that for the rest of my life would be unacceptable.I pumped it up this morning and everything was ok but during the day my scrotum swelled like before with what feels like some sort of mass surounding the pump. I cannot feel the features of it. If it doesn't go down by morning I'm going to give the doctor a call. I would be interested to hear if anyone else had simular issues.I have the titan.
