Before ED struck I usually had a fair amount of pre-cum. 20 years of ED and little to none.

After Implant, I woke up one night thinking I had peed. Got up to go to washroom and it wasn't pee. It was stretchy slimy pre-cum and alot of it. Although not cycling yet, my wife has GENTLY played with the little fella and notices the precum.

The first night home after my implant I woke up with a semi and precum. It surprised me, the semi not the precum, because I understood that I would no longer get any kind of natural erection. I have always made precum easily and still do.

I have leaked pre since I was able to ejaculate at about 12. Even with ED problems I would be horny and I leaked and had wet dreams and still have them and I am 68. I don't know that I have every heard of a guy who didn't leak a little and I know some leak more than others. One reason condoms never worked well for me was because I leaked so much that I slipped inside and that gave me double the sensations and I would cum far faster than I wanted. I would say that you have a better open urethra and the pre comes from your prostate gland. It was designed to protect the sperm and help lubricate things during sexual intercourse. Most guys will leak more if they say perform or masturbate say every 3 or 4 days VS doing something everyday or twice a day. I take "T" and I keep a rather well level and so my own systems function and my drive is as good as if I were a teenager. I have had an implant for just over 26 years with 3 revisions. I never noticed any changes.
