This sounds familiar. I'm 20 days post implant and have been cycling almost a week.(trying) I haven't been able to get it up enough to be uncomfortable in the shaft, but very uncomfortable in the scrotum. I'm surprised it's not black and blue from pressure. It's (willy) longer and thicker, but not up to 3:00 o'clock yet. Very firm pump!
I hadn't thought of lidocane, but I might try it. And I haven't used tylenol/ibuprofen but might.

Are you able to pinpoint and describe the pain you feel when cycling? Is it the sides of the shaft or the tip of the glans or base of the penis? Just curious
29 years old. Suffered with ED since 17. No known cause. First Implanted date 23/3/2018. Cylinders way too short and revised by different surgeon 2019. 22cm titan.
Cylinders still short and now pump is upside down and protruding. Awaiting 3rd revision

It seems very telling that he started cycling at 3 days and has regained all length at day 23. Apparently Dr Eid uses sutures AND glue so that guys can start hot baths right away which helps with the pain during cycling. I also started early, but that was because I had infrapubic surgery so no incision in the scrotum causing pain when cycling.

As of today it’s now 4 weeks cycling and I’m aat 61/4”length and 63/4” girth that a 1/4 longer and a 1/2 more Girth than I started with. That’s enough pain and suffering. According to Dr.Eid after a month of cycling it’s not worth the effort to keep it up If your using it for what it’s intended for a couple of times a week. He says there is no point to use up the life expectancies of the implant just to have it hurt enjoy it and if you don’t cycle twice a day you’ll most Likely not need a revision for
A longer time . I see no real physical advantage to an extra 1/4 or 1/2 inch it’s not going to do
My wife or Me any good we won’t be any happier so why not enjoy it for a longer time without a revision.

Implanted AMS 700 LGX November 7th. I went to my 2 week post op appointment to activate on the 21st. My scrotum was still tender, swollen, and wasn't even close to ready.

I went again a week later (yesterday) and was barely successful with the Dr doing it herself. It was uncomfortable but tolerable. She left it pumped it up just a little.

I have the practice pump and play with it every day through a thick fabric so I'm pretty sure where everything is.

Today my swelling is way down and I can get my finger and thumb in the correct position. I squeezed (really hard) the deflate button for several seconds but nothing happened. After another 15 minutes and another failed attempt I called it a day. Tomorrow I plan on trying again. Inflating should be no problem as I can feel the pump bulb very well. Not worried about inflation but I don't want to do that until I know I can deflate.

Dr gave me the green light and encouraged me to try at home as things heal and made another appt for Dec 11.

I hope I can get this deflate accomplished. Any suggestions on the best/easiest way to deflate the LGX ? I push the button but nothing is happening. I'm sure it is operator error.
AMS 700 LGX Nov 7, 2018. 64 yrs old. Diabetes. ED gradual for 8 yrs. Otherwise healthy and active.
