Wolfy, I've a friend of a friend who has had 2 urinary sphinctor implants due to leakage. His doctor told him an implant increased the risk of leaking. Only person I've heard that. Most were from prostate surgery. At any rate, a thought I had is that i cannot get the last bit out of my urethra unless it is fully and adequately deflated. Sometimes a few pumps in the implant makes it more comfortable, sometimes shows it off, but that does not work well for peeing. Keep in mind, anything past your bladder is basically gravity. With a few pumps to plump it up or take out the kinks, it is hard to even squeegie the last bit of urine out of my urethra. Sitting to pee also helps tremendously. Try a very good deflate combined with sitting to pee and see what that does for you.Cheers.
