I have been having a hard time getting my implant pumped all the way up and as hard as I want. Ive also had a little wrinkle on the left cylinder that has remained when pumping. Tonight during cycle time i was playing around with how i grabbed and squeezed the pump. I pumped as hard as i could with thumb and index pinching. Then i found a way to get the ball part of the pump between my ring and middle finger and my palm and the squeezing action was basically making a fist. I was able to squeeze much harder this way and got several more pumps in. I actually felt a pop/snap sensation on the left side of my shaft and i swear that wrinkle/crease/etc nearly flattened out. I dont know if I broke through some scar tissue or what. I can happily report my penis was hard as a rock...it hurt like hell to be that pumped up and I only lasted like 10 min that inflated but I was excited to see it that “poned up”!

I squeeze the pump with my index finger and the second thumb joint. Squeeze as close to the valve block as possible.
