Some guys have less intense sensations, orgasms etc. Surgery is traumatic and nerves are not always spared (usually this is accidental, but sometimes unavoidable). An implant cannot guarantee improved orgasmic response. See the sub-forum on delayed ejaculation and anorgasmia (or search on the term).

After just one, my energy level falls off a cliff. I am just glad my erection does not. If I am well-rested, I can continue and my girlfriend and I often switch positions to one which is less demanding and more relaxed (we call it the X-Scissors) position where neither of us has to expend any effort.
