I think it should return slowly. That's what my Doctor said. I know you are further along than I am in recovery. I am just 6 weeks out...I had sex last night with my wife, I had an orgasm fairly easily, after about 10 minutes of sex. So I have sensation. The only sensation I am missing right now really, is that first feeling of your head penetrating the vagina. It was just a little sore, but once inside, and got full penetration it was GAME ON! :D
