Trimix efficacy over time

To answer the question on my own TRIMIX strength: i currently have 3 prescriptions from 2 different labs I'm trying:

30-10-60
25-3-80
30-2-60-1.5 (QUADMIX)

I now try 50 units on the syringe. Its very hard to get the injection to go smooth, as I think I'm hitting dense scar tissue now.

Anyway : If I combine 20mg cialis and moderate my drinking/masturbation, and I can get a decent injection where the liquid flows into my penis smoothly: I can still get a good erection, but it pivots at the base (so I have to guide it where I want it to go) I know this is a bit like a person saying they "can hear their stereo" if they turn up the volume &bass & treble to 10. It works right now....but it's not a good long term solution.

Are you say you are combining 20mg of Cialis along with trimix or quadmix? I do some of that. How has it been working for you?

The potency and volume both contribute to harder, longer lasting erections. I have been using Trimix for 9 years and its efficacy has declined over time. I had problems with it from the beginning. Sticking myself was a mood breaker for me and it often hurts like a small dog biting my cock. Another mood breaker. I have given up trying to have sex because I can't achieve a sustainable erection when I need it. I'm saving up for an implant this year and can't wait. I use Trimix now only for DIY moments and to keep my cock from shrinking prior to getting an implant.

However, I started a KETO diet 5 weeks ago, cut back on the wine and my body seems to be changing. The Trimix no longer hurts and its efficacy seems to be trending upward. I'll put it to the test with a few "retail" relationships and see for sure. I would like to know if anyone else has seen a change in efficacy as a result of a diet or alcohol consumption? I will give up alcohol for life if I can have a sex live again, even with trimix.

BiMix erections originally lasted 4 hours. Over the course of 3 years, I went form weakest BiMix to Strongest Trimix and I also add 20mg of cialis now. With the Trimix/Cialis I get an erection firm enough for intercourse, but its not like the rock hard tire iron erection I got 3 years ago. After the 2 hour mark, its "hit or miss". Mostly can be used only if were both laying on our side facing each other at that point.

I did do P-SHOT. Its been 3 weeks and you get a series of 3. They are expensive, as is the mandatory before/after Doppler ultrasounds. Its considered an alternative fringe thing, so insurance wont cover it (im gonna try to sneak in a claim for the Doppler's though) I did notice some of the dense lumpy scar tissue at base soften up, and had a few morning erections (semi's) which was new....but its still to early for me to evaluate this.
