I'll go one step further, guys. I think it may be more accurate to say that "some guys with ED have difficulty with orgasm", regardless of what method they choose to achieve erection.

Just because I had a car wreck after I ate pecan pie does not mean the pie is the culprit.

I'm not a doctor, of course, but anecdotal evidence seems to suggest that the various causes of limp dicks also contribute toward delayed or difficult orgasms. I believe that is certainly true when diabetes is the underlying cause of the ED.

Without direct evidence of a causal relationship, I would certainly not refuse an implant for fear of orgasm difficulty. After all, the first step toward a great orgasm is an erection, eh?

It seems to me that oldbeek should say what is truth to him. Perhaps making it more clear that it is his opinion would be better, but he should state what he sees as truth, regardless. If there are Stats that show he is in error it would be worth posting them. I appreciate he stated his truth.

I just stated what lots of guys on Franktalk have said in various posts. Not to scare him off, just stating the facts that I have read here. I had no problems with orgasms prior to my RP. It was only 10 months for me from the time I had a raging hard functional natural dick to the first time using my implant. In between I used injections and orgasms were easier with injections. I remember what a natural hard dick felt like. It was not years of ED in between then and now, but all that surgery may have taken its tole on me.
