I have very poor glans engorgement after an RP surgery. Engorgement of the shaft would be nice to fill out around the implant cylinders. Some guys get that. All my nerves were removed so everything is artificial with me. Not even as sensitive. As for over length implants, I am told that is why DRs like the LGX. they can size you a wee bit short and know the LGX will fill the final space. I was 5.5 inch at activation and hit 6 inch within 8 weeks. That was my pre implant/trimix size.
82, good health, RP 7-2017, all nerves taken , PSA 0.05, 4-18,, .07 1/19,.05 4/19, .03 11-21, .04 11-23, implanted 4-1-18, Infra-pubic, AMS lgx 15 cm with 5cm rte. Implant at USC Keck. Dr Boyd and Dr Loh Doyle 6.5 x 5, 800 AUS 7-21-20

My wish would be that they would size a little bit long and let the lengthenability of the LGX accomodate my shorter dimension with the expectation that some stretching of my tissues would occur over time.
