Re: Newbie with some injection questions.....
Just to add to once a writer's comment about needle gauges. I use a 31 gauge 5/16 inch needle quite successfully. However, I do push the syringe tip down into my skin, making a distinct dimple. If I didn't make the dimple, the injection probably wouldn't get into the corpus cavernosum. The only 32 gauge needle I have seen on the Web is 6 mm long ( 5/16 inch = 8 mm). For me, the loss of 2 mm would probably make the difference between success and failure.
71 years old in 2018; married 49 years. ED since 2001. PD5 inhibitors (Viagra, etc.) worked with increasing dosages until side effects got too bad by 2017. Now using Trimix injections. Delayed ejaculation has been a continuing problem since 2012.

Like right now... I missed the injection over the weekend and had a few drops of blood followed by some bruising. 5 days later I still have a bruise the size of a pea with some white dots in the middle. I had a bruise after a failed injection a year ago and it turned out okay, but it's still distressing.
Oops, I was on my phone and meant to post this in viewtopic.php?f=5&t=12617.
Mid 30's. I have had ED for years after a couple of injuries. Suspected venous leak.
