At my last appointment with Dr. Irwin Goldstein, we discussed low intensity shock wave therapy, which they now offer at San Diego Sexual Medicine. According to Dr. Goldstein, the Gainswave treatment is not the same as the one he offers using the Urogold 100 LiSWT system. He thinks the Gainswave treatment is useless. How other treatments labled "shockwave" compare to the one Goldstein uses, I don't know.
71 years old in 2018; married 49 years. ED since 2001. PD5 inhibitors (Viagra, etc.) worked with increasing dosages until side effects got too bad by 2017. Now using Trimix injections. Delayed ejaculation has been a continuing problem since 2012.
