Things are going well. I was on pain meds just 1 day. I listened to Kramer and spent the first 3 days in bed except for bathroom or shower. I’m more bruised looking today than I was but that’s normal...like a black eye that gets worse days later.
Kramer had to appeal my insurance. He is helpful but you should get all the paperwork history you can get ahead of time. If you’ve been with the same insurance company during the various treatments, he’ll need dates/doc names/etc.
I’ve seen questions on here about whether glan engorges after. I’ve been told that is very patient specific and can’t be predicted. I did notice that when I watched an arousing video today, my penis got harder and I’m just 4 days out. If that’s helpful.

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

Congrats. I was at Dr. Eid's on the 6th, and am having similar recovery- a couple Percoset on surgery day, then just one 600mg ibuprofen the next day, and nothing after. Found the deflate button no problem on day 3, started cycling on day 4. No bruising and feeling very positive!
56. RARP for prostate cancer in Feb. 17, then no-go with pills, injections, vacuum, so here I am. Titan 20cm by Dr. Eid on 8/6/19, cycling on Day 4, stitches out Day 14, sex with a grateful wife on Day 20. And 21, 22, 23, etc.

What type of anesthesia was used? Was it IV monitored and not general?

For me, sort of an epidural, I guess, but not general. I recall them explaining earlier that this numbs everything around where the surgery takes place, but the heart, lungs, blood pressure, etc. stays normal, and allows an erection during surgery which facilitates measurement and insertion. The last thing I remember was sitting on the operating table, the doc put his hand on my shoulder, and then nothing... till I woke up in recovery.

Hi BeardedMan,
First, congratulations on your new Titan Implant and welcome to the Bionic Brotherhood.
On a personal note, I underwent the Coloplast Titan Penile Implant Procedure in December 2007 after developing ED Post-Prostatectomy in 2004.
The Titan completely corrected my ED and restored both my sex life and the emotional bond with my wife.
We have been fully enjoying our renewed sex life for the past 11+ years and counting!!
Best Wishes for many years of pleasure with your Titan Implant.
Bob

Re: Implanted today by Kramer
Hey guys-
Sorry I've not written any updates. Here goes.
The first two weeks were uncomfortable. Partially because I was walking around with a "partial" erection and had a hard time peeing etc. The recovery is more uncomfortable than painful but it's a lot more uncomfortable than I had expected. That's likely the optimist in me. After two weeks I was given the go ahead to start cycling after a visit with Dr Kramer. I've been cycling twice a day. I've jacked off a number of times but first insertive sex will be friday. The shaft was really sore for a while. Its still a little sore but I think I'll be fine going all the way in.
I measured before surgery and I was close over 7". At this point I'm closer to 6". Width is about the same. I'll see Kramer on Monday and ask if this will improve over time.
I'm quite fit (flat belly) and Kramer had a hard time placing reservoir. Currently its slightly visible. It may be because of hematomas around it. If it doesn't settle down Kramer has offered to go in and repair.
I can not seem to go soft enough to hang straight down. And when it is soft because it's not shrunken the way my penis was before I look partially excited or at least interested..LOL
Here are some pics. I hope this helps.
BTW I also can feel the "works" at the base of my penis. I wasn't expecting that. I wonder how that'll feel if I ram it in hard as some like.
