I have been taking Cialis and Viagra for over 10 years. I have not have a single sexual episode where I haven't used them. My issue is most likely psychological, too. I can tell you that the pills work exactly the same as they did on day one for me.

Thanks for the replies. I had a conversation the last day with a good doctor, friend of mine and he assured me that you DON'T get a tolerance to ED pills, the only chance for this to happen is if you have worsening vascular damage or severe psychological blocks. So I will continue the use of cialis until I build confidence and eventually tapper it down (only if needed, otherwise I don't care). The good news is I met a girl these days so I am now in a relationship and have constant sex without any problems so far. I use 10mg of cialis every 48 hours and it works wonders!

If 10mg over two days works without any issue then you prob will be able to reduce eventually. I take full doses and mix them and they still don't fully work, so you're lucky. Enjoy the sex!
