I'm 5 months post-op and I have only been able to climax from manual stimulation. From MS I'm used to it. I can come from oral.
It takes much longer though - anywhere from half an hour to an hour. (I am guessing it is because some nerves were cut during the surgery, right?)
I was enjoying the longer duration but girls have become tired after some time and shown displeasure.
Initially, my thought was 'just keep going'. Now I am more considerate, so if they show tiredness, I switch to other positions.

I'm only 3.5 months post op, so far I haven't been able to ejaculte easily. Actually it's only been once since and that was during penetration.
