I am also in Baltimore and implanted by Dr Kramer. I had dog ears and curves and hard pump and swelling. I texted the poor Dr many times with concerns and he answered every text and assured me all those things were normal and they would clear. He was right. By 2 months everything was great.

When I had my follow uo he asked if I had tried to operate the pump yet. I told him I had not because you Instructed me to wait for this follow up visit. He shrugged and said "I know, but most people dont listen."

I do have to say that, as a doctor, experience was not on his side, as he did not catch several cues, esp the pump not moving around, like your balls, and brushed it off until he tried to activate the pump and I was screaming in the office and finally held his hand and told him to stop very sternly.
Only answering my emails in a way that told me he was only addressing the last thing I wrote, if not the 1st thing.

Depends on how closely (hard) one looks.

My LGX is barely noticable except that the pump bulb makes a noticeable bulge on the side of my scrotum, particularly noticeable in briefs... not quite so much when nude, though. Coloplast pump is said to be smaller than AMS and if my surgery had placed the pump in a more posterior location, it would not be so noticeable.

when uninflated, the Coloplast implant is stiffer than the uninflated AMS devides, so it is more noticeable.

If someone were to compare your flaccid look before surgery and after, they would probably notice that after implant, your flaccid was larger, especially if you were a "grower", as I was. My flaccid prior to surgery was about 2-3 inches. After surgery, 4-5 inches. Erect size the same before and after.

Not mine. Looks completely normal, nothing shows, everything is inside. (And no one can see the pump since it's inside the scrotum.)

I had a friend who was concerned about this -- he lived not too far away -- so we went to the local Y, and in the locker room I took a quick glance and then told him later (outside) that it looked completely normal. He was gratefully relived.

Dr Kramer did mine in Sep at his Hanover, MD facility.

If it is the feeling that something is bulging out at the side
of the penis, I had the same thing. Dr Kramer said it is the folds
of the cylinder, which makes perfect sense.

Have to keep that under wraps for now, suffice to say that Dr.#1 that fucked up, only has 6-10 years experience, vs. 21+years for Kramer (and the fucker looks young too- wonder what keeps him that young looking, lol).
I told Dr. Kramer, as well as Dr. #2, who also has 21+years of experience, that NOTHING beats experience!
Did not think about experience until AFTER the fact, and I regret it.
Dr. Kramer can salvage the fuck up, so my porn ambitions are still alive, lol.

4 weeks today. I had my follow-up with Dr. Kramer. All looks good and everything is in working order. Released...Return if needed. Best decision ever. No more pills that don't work. No more injections with painful erections. Boner when I want it for as long as I want it.

I have my surgery on Dec. 10th, so by statement, I should see him on the 31st for follow up:)
Since this is Kramer, hope he is able to salvage my dick, lol
