Waynetho, are your balls big enough to accommodate the pump? There are some guys on here where the pump is pretty obvious as a 3rd nut, but for the most part, you will not know unless you are upclose and handling the person's junk.
What you just described makes me think that your Dr. put the pump in as an afterthought (and cringe because its already crowded down there for a 3rd roomie).

The pump is between the two balls. I can reach the bulb easily but almost impossible at this time to reach the tubes on the top of the pump. I will work on tugging it down. See the Dr on Tuesday. See what he has to say.

Actually he had a choice of the right side to be roommate to a marble or the left side to be roommate to a hens egg. Understand that there's a septum between the left and right sides of a scrotum so the testicles don't get tangled up, so it's like a duplex house with each resident having their own apartment.

Which side do you think he installed the pump? Left with the HEN's EGG or the right with the marble? You're right, he chose to throw the pump into the side with the hens egg on the left side. The left testicle was ascended during the swelling after surgery but after the swelling subsided, it descended again and the pump and left testicle have been fighting with each other off and on ever since. Some days it feels like I was kicked in the nuts.

That being said, when the scrotum is relaxed, the pump is prominent and hangs about 0.5 to 1.0" lower than anything else. When my scrotum contracts everything folds up nicely and the left one sits on top of the back of the pump (thankfully it's not sitting on the deflate button!)

Lol, nice description! I actually never really thought of my balls that way, except as one hanging lower then the other. When my 3-piece was in, everything was to the right. At one point, I thought I found the release button, but this was before I was even activated. Everything seemed proportional, except maybe having a 3rd ball, which, being single, would be hard to explain to my future partners if then want to go after my balls, lol

Very good description of what I am feeling. So I guess things are progressing as should be. Yep mine is on the left side and not playing well with the left nut. Will see what the Dr says in Tuesday. He should release me to start soaking in hot water.
