I got suggestions to try VED but in my case, I do get blood in when I m aroused, sometimes naturally other times by manual stimulation, problem is trapping blood inside.
As soon as I stop stimulation, erection goes away. Or even if I change position from lying down to standing specifically, it goes away.

Should I think about vein surgery or should I directly go for Implant. I don't wanna lose these precious years of my life.

Dr shah does the three piece implant. It will cost you around 10.5 lakhs INR. One thing to note, Coloplast is not available in India. So you have to go with AMS three piece.

I wouldn't want to have a graze treated in a Mumbai hospital, let alone have an implant done there. I'd look into travelling if I was you. I'm not implanted, but I guarantee Merrix will agree with what I'm saying.

I dunno, medical tourism is pretty big in the world, and some hospitals are rated pretty highly in places you wouldn't expect it. Probably is some sort of grading system out there though to find this information. Probably thinking in context of certain surgeries like hip and knee replacements, things done in large volume but that attract international customers due to lower prices. What about, say, Singapore? Modern, very clean country, their standards are probably pretty high. Thailand might be an option also. I think Dr. Kramer did a few videos of some cases he did there also.

I have an inflatable implant. I don't know if a malleable has the same characteristics. (e.g. inflatables have tips of hard plastic, a malleable might not-I don't know)

When erect, can feel the implant tips (they are hard plastic) in my glans. But I could feel the tips of my corpus cavernosum in my glans before erectile dysfunction. They are just a little harder. When flaccid, they are fairly easy to feel/palpate.

When erect, the implant shafts feel very much like my best youthful erections and are indistinguishable. But my penis cross-section in my youth was more circular. Now, my penis is significantly wider than deep. Girth is about the same. This may be due to less engorgement of the spongiosum (particularly surrounding my urethra, which would fill out the depth). I don't know.

Some women might be able to tell the difference in cross-sectional shape vaginally if they are VERY observant/sensitive. But few would ever complain, I think. If you do find one who complains about a penis capable of extended sex, consider how she would complain about other aspects of a relationship after a couple years - or marriage!

My pre op size is 5.25" and 6" Girth. What can i expect as post op size. And if i go for AMS LGX what will be the size of impant and RTE required, any rough idea ?
