When my primary doctor first prescribed pills to me. He explained that a firmer erection helped men last longer. He was correct in my experience. So based upon that logic. I can see that pde5 class drugs could be seen as some sort of PE remedy. I guess it depends on what you define as PE.

Sorry if i was off track on your ask. What I was getting at was the unintended side effects of pde-5 was a big issue in my case. And I only needed those pills due to side effects from other meds. There is risk with any perscription meds. My implant works well enough and the reason i have it is intolerance to pde5. Hopefully they work for you.
