I have asked my Uro to give me a stronger formula. It's not a problem. As far as increasing the quantity of the cum, I don't know of a way but there might be. At 72 I don't have the same quantity I did at 25. Not even close.
75 yrs. old. Married. I used viagra from 2007 t0 2017. I have venous leakage. I started injections in September 2017. I've used the Xialla cock ring along with Trimix since June 2020 with excellent results. I pump on a daily basis to maintain my size.

At age 18 I produced about a tablespoon full, at 73 about 1/8 of that amount and I wouldn't care if I didn't produce any at all. Less mess and as long as I have an orgasm i'm good. Just curious, why would you want more cum?

This is an update to my earlier thread,
I started a trimix combination which is: [b]PGE1-PAPA-PHENT in the ratio: 10McG-30MG-1MG/ML.
The urologist started with 20 units (0.2 ml)? This did not work well - as I had a "minor erection", not even good enough for masturbation. This was 8 days back. Since then I have increased my dosage from 30 units to 35 and today at 40 units

Despite 40 units of trimix, I do not have an erection strong enough for sex. The wife is away for a few weeks - so I am really just getting ready.
I am frustrated because I am about only 70-75 % hard, and I masturbate, after which my erection does NOT last.
So what would you advise me?. I have the following options:
1) Do you think I should tell my doctor and ask for a stronger dose, or should I wait to increase the dosage to 45 units and then maybe 50 units? OR
2) Can I have 50 mg Viagra with the current dose of 40 units? I am told that would be dangerous as it could lead to priapism? I have a dose of SUDAFED, but I thought that I should ask folks here before I do something ,
