The healing process went well but I am still unable to fly the jet mainly due to pain. I have been cycling daily but at full inflation I am unable to hold for longer than a couple of minutes before needing to deflate due to pain in the glands and on the side walls at a level 8-10. I also have a constant low grade pain in the same areas that never goes away. At the flacid state I am always semi hard. I was wondering if anyone else has felt this 6 weeks in and how long it may take for the pain to subside. I have absolutely no signs of any infection. While I have a good result when erect I am ready to begin regular sex with my wife. I have a Titan One Touch 20cm with 1cm rear extension. Here are my issues six weeks in:

-Low grade pain when placid and intense pain when fully inflated. 20 pumps is max before pump is too hard to further depress
-Burning sensation when placid which intensifies when inflated mainly at the glands
-I never had Peronies but now have a 45 degree bend to the left when flacid. I am straight when inflated. (It feels like a bone separated on the right side of the base of my penis where the rear extension goes in. I am flush on the left base but the right base has a small bone protruding which appears to be causing my push to the left when flaccid. I feel like I am ready to run but the pain is holding me back. Any advice or guidance would be much appreciated.

You mentioned the bend to the left when deflated. I had PD, and while it is fixed via plaque removal and plication and implant, I too bend to the left. I have a titan and for me it bends to the left where the plaque was removed. However when inflated I am straight. The cylinders are stiff so it does bend when deflated. I am 6 months postop, At 6 weeks I still had pain and could only pump 6 times. So many things change between 6 weeks and 6 months. But you need to keep in contact with the surgeon. My Dr is local and I was in his office 6 times in the 1st 3 weeks. Everything is changing from surgery day.

Thanks for the insight, I truly appreciate it.

Did you experience any burning sensation. Seems like the burning pain comes from the tips in my glands and not the urethra. I do not have burning when urinating.

Yes, but you want your Dr to know about that. It can be urethritis or can be all
The sensation you experience at 6 weeks. Of course the worse case is erosion and let’s not think of that. But let your Dr know. Are you having rubbing issues with underwear, pants. ? I corrected that by wearing sepratech boxers.

It usually takes six weeks for the healing to be complete. I know we all want to jump on the saddle as soon as possible, but if it was the first time you had that type of surgery, you have to be patient. At six weeks the doctor will tell you to go ahead and start the cycling and to actually have sex. I would mention to the urologists about the 45 degrees when deflated. I am not sure what would cause that, mine hangs straight down and when inflated straight out. He can also check by telling his nurse to give you an ultra sound and see what is going on.

The cycling is better with a semi erection then a rock hard in my opinion. It will get better and better with the cycling.
