RTE Why?

Thanks for the info on the RTE. I just have implant surgery on 10/27/20. Seems like everything is going well. My post surgical appointment was today. The doctor said the RTE was required to get me to the right length. I had an LGX 18cm with a 4 cm RTE. I was a bit surprised at the length of the implant and RTE considering at best before any ED issues I was only about 5.75" long and about 5.5" thick. I'm anxious to see what the length and girth actually measures out once I can pump it up. I also had some penoscotal webbing removed. So I still have some healing to do. I'm curious how a guy would know how deep the crus was on his body. I have never heard that term before. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks

How would a person know how deep there cruse is? I was allergic to trimix. My entire member hurt like hell and was hard as a rock. I could feel my hurting dick that extended clear down to 1/2 inch from my anus. Told my doc I was going to need 9 inch over all. I have 3 inch in my cruse and 6 inch forward of my pubic bone. The tubes enter the inflatable part right at the pubic bone.
