I tried what bldoink said and if I do say 40 units, I push in 10 units about every 15 sec. In between, it does cut down on the ache. The VL thing I've got it bad. and still haven't got there with quad mix 30/4/40/.04. it will mess with your mind for sure.

For a quick trial, you can buy some velcro ties (8" ones) from Home Depot or Lowes or almost any hardware store. That will give you an idea if a cockring might help at a price of $3.00. And they are infinitely adjustable -- that's important so you can adjust up or down in tightness to keep it comfortable.

I file down the edges a bit to make it smoother. Usually, one tie can be reused dozens of times before the velcro wears out.
