If you do penescrotal in your virgin surgery - can you go for infrapubic for revision?

Did anyone do penescrotal in the first time and infrapubic for the revision? Or vice versa? I am just curious.

I have penescrotal in the first time and infrapubic for the revision.
I'd take infrapubic any time over penescrotal.

Apart from the obvious swollen sack, don’t you think pensescrotal has some advantage over IP like better sizing etc...

Sizing is more about the surgeon. My revision was with Dr. Karpman and he was spot-on.
