Re: Dealing With Pain
My urologist said to "use the least amount that still produces a useable erection". Anything over that can cause pain and desensitizing of the penis, resulting in fewer or no ejaculation.
80 yr old; injecting 15units Trimix (30mg papaverine,6mg phentolamine,30mcg prostaglandin) in Oct 2020 with great results; Inject 2-3 times a week

Re: Dealing With Pain
I had significant pain for the first couple months I used trimix.
Switched to bimix which eliminated the pain, but it wasn't as effective or reliable.
Switched back to trimix and over the past few months the pain has nearly disappeared.
I do get some strange little stings or pricks of pain in my penis for a day or so after I've injected, but nothing like the constant ache that trimix first caused.

44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.
