Yeah, the bills from the first surgery are just coming in now, over $46,000 for starts,,, and now the 2nd surgery was done, I imagine that revision surgery was even more money than the first,,, and now I might be looking at another surgery,,,,
Damn,,,, I don't know how,,, maybe I'm just dreaming,, but I'm hope this can be fixed without cutting me open again..
.
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.

I would call them on the phone. They most likely just check messages when ever they can get to them. I would be calling my doctors office directly.

I hope it is just fluid that will go away. If you had penosctrotal incision the opening they inserted implant cylinders into can reopen. But I do not think that would start out as a small little bump as you described. Sounds to me like fluid of some kind. Blood or something else. I had a hydrocele where my left testicle was the size of my fist. My doc drew off a bunch of clear fluid that helped for a while. So there is the chance that this can be resolved with out surgery. Hope you get into your doctor soon and get some answers. More best wishes headed your way.

Holy Crap! $46,000???? Thought mine co-pay/deductible was crazy at $3,200.
Best of luck. IF you do need further surgery I'd find a different doc.

They just called,,, or I should say someone from the surgeons team did.
He said they suspect the cylinder came out of the corporal body,, I'm suppose to do the 300 mile drive down there for an 8:00am app, on Monday,, and they held a spot open in the surgery room for Tuesday,,,
So it dosen't sound like its something easy to fix.
I'm going to make another post here and see if anyone else has ever gone thru a cylinder coming out of a corporal body...
Or does this even make any sense ?

There was a guy here a few months ago whose entire cylinder fell out into his scrotum so yes, it does happen but it's extremely rare from the statistics and to see two such (potential) cases in a short time is very odd.

Mine did come out and the doctor did a small incision on the side it cam out and repaired it with internal stitches. He had stated before surgery that he might have to put in a mesh thing to reinforce the corporal but did not have to do that once he got in there.
Revision 2/13/24 Dr Tariq Hakky, Atlanta (Great Doctor) Titan 24XL no Rte’s. I’m 62 married. I have had numerous revisions due to product and body failures. Always had a Titan ipp.

I was gonna say, I agree with what the doctor said, that looks to me like a cylinder that has come out and it's bunching up in that spot. I'll bet they make a small incision and stitch it back down into place. Maybe your tissues aren't as strong from the previous surgery you had and it just opened up in a weak spot once the dissolvable internal sutures gave out.

Attached is a pic of my last revision. As soon as I started cycling I felt a small bump, smaller than a pea and began to enlarge daily and got larger with each pump. Your issue looks very similar. BTW this is also a Titan 22 cm.
