Glans engorgement or not?

So far it looks like I am going to maintain my previous (imperfect) glans engorgement.

When aroused, I can force blood into my glans and spongiosum by kegeling. I’ve only done this deflated so far. I think it will probably be more difficult to do it when inflated, given the pain and rigidity.

I haven’t taken Cialis yet since my surgery, but that definitely made a diiference before so I hope that still helps.

In any case, I have severe VL (hence the implant), so I will still need a ring or contracted PC muscle to keep the blood in the glans.

I too have venous leak. A ring works for the glans. You can use a ring with the implant. A few guys here use them, Dr Paul Perito recently discussed there use with implants. I think he was going to launch a study into it. On Youttube, 'meet the penis'.
