Please write the answer here for people like me who want to know the answer.

Wasn't so much an answer but an offer to show a video of myself in strip-tease with an inflated implant. I was about 80% inflated if I recall, but since I have an insanely short crus, I already get movement in two axis (UP/DOWN, LEFT/RIGHT). Stowing my inflated penis to the left really isn't too difficult.

I can go about 4 hrs partially pumped before it gets a little painful. I am only a few pumps from rock hard. About the same amount of hardness as I would have had entertaining a hot young girl. If she notices she will think it is natural.
