I do get good erections but they don't last long at all maybe a couple pumps it's go's soft or I cum to quick I had a spinal cord injury which caused that I am 27

I am just hoping that I can inflate/deflate on my own. I am stoked though.

At first the swelling and soreness made it tough to find the deflate button. Once I was healed it was no problem.
