Hi - just to clarify. You are able to use a cockring with your implant? Can you explain how this works? How much viagra are you using?
42 yr old. Type2 Diabetic. ED for over 10yrs. Cialis and Viagra stopped work. Tried Trimix March - July 2023 - which worked but hurt and required too much planing. Implanted on Nov 7, 2023 at UC Irvine with Dr. Yafi - Coloplast Titan 18cm - no extenders.

Yep. Generic cialis helps with gland & spongiosum engorgement here.
Active, athletic 63 years old. Sexually, still 33 in my mind and spirit. Pills and injections all worked, until they didn’t. Diagnosed with veinous leakage in 2022. Coloplast Titan. 22 CM. No RTE. Peno-scrotal. Implanted 1/4/23. Dr. Clavell.
