You and I have sort of different training philosophies but the short and succinct answer is having an implant has done nothing to impede me working out, either in the gym or on the track.

Unless I’m getting ready for my annual 10k torture session (a race held in conjunction with our town’s annual festival/celebration) I do about 3 miles, 3 times a week. I try to hold about 8:30 per mile pace. I do upper body light weights with lots of reps at least 5x a week and sometimes daily. Dumbbells, not to exceed 30-35 pounds. I kind of learned my lesson after tearing a bicep off the bone and going thru two rotator cuff surgeries.

I have the LGX. Yeah it’s bigger than I was soft (I used to be a grower) but not so exponentially bigger that I have to have additional equipment to haul my junk around the running course.

The implant is noticeable but not (in my opinion) obscene in the gym (wearing trunks) or the showers (wearing none).

You will be on hiatus from workouts and especially sit-ups 3-6 months. You want to make sure you are fully healed before you jump back in to strenuous physical activity.
Age 68. Physically fit educated red neck in Texas. Very married. 23 cm (18+5) of LGX installed by Dr. Bryan Kansas 12/31/2019. I fought the ED and my wife & I won. I’m either full of shit or sound advice. You decide which.

You say 3-6 months? I hope you meant weeks?
67 year old. ED 25 years. pills don't work. Injections worked great for 3 years but last year they have continued a decline in effect. Also, 40 degree Peyronies curve to the left. No pain but a little awkward at times for intercourse.
