Dose vs hardness

Does anyone find that Trimix affects the ejaculation? Last night I was very sensitive but went for atleast 30 min before ejaculating. When I did it was very strong but the erection went for 2 hours until I took Sudafed. Because my wife takes awhile to climax, 30 mins of intercourse was even a little too much for her.

Using ice doesnt do anything for me.

Guess I shouldnt complain. My wife says it better to be hard a long time than to go soft in the middle of things like I used to do when using Viagra and other meds.

I worked up to 50 units of Trimix, it worked quite a few times very well. It always go soft right after shooting, lately I start going soft during sex, with 50 units, I'm concerned that I may have a bad leak that is getting worse.

Question... I'm still fairly new at this. When you all are referring to units used, ie: 50 units, is that the same as saying .50cc? My doc started me at .10cc. I've worked up to .20cc but still don't get the hardness I want. (Just being very careful about how much how fast.)
Seems like many go up to around 40-50 for a while and then gradually work back down as your body gets used to it...

Yes - I cc = 100 units. Insulin syringes are calabrated in units. And yes, most of us worked our way up before we found the "effective" dose and subsequently were able to reduce the dose to achieve the lowest level capable of generating the ideal erection.
