Thank you for reading, i hope to hear from you!DougAnd wrote:I've already set an apt with my surgeon to discuss replacing my LGX with a malleable one piece. If you have a malleable or know someone who does I'd like some feed back about it. Did you lose any length from the operation and when you bend it down does it fit comfortably against you scrotum out of sight?
Thank you

Trav, Mine is a complex situation. My cylinders were badly placed and that has given me grief from the start. I've dropped my pants for so many doctors and assistants that it's almost become second nature. So far a rebuild is the only good solution offered. I went to a new doc to see about a malleable. My hands are starting to hurt and it is very difficult for me to inflate enough to stay in. He looked me over, told me to take more time to inflate and basically said malleable, bad idea. He said that it would not bend down into my scrotum like I was hoping but would stick out. That it was designed to stick straight up. One reason I wanted the malleable is because they can be bent straight up like a natural erection instead of sticking rigidly straight out like an IPP. Being straight out makes you need to lift up your trunk to stay in. My herniated discs just won't allow that . So for now I'm on hold searching for a better answer. 10 years ago I would never have considered a malleable. Now it might become my only good choice. Another down side is that I had my prostate removed to help me pee. I strained so hard my hemorrhoids constantly bled. Well the malleable keeps you fully inflated so they have to greatly reduce your girth to allow you to pee freely. Looks like my second childhood is looming large. I may yet end up with a 9 year old's penis Ha
