Re: Questions Regarding My Appointment with Urologist
It is very easy to get a virtual prescription from not even your regular urologist. Olympia pharmacy for one can make this happen. As far as the injection demo goes, yes an in-person teach (I assume this always involves a dummy dick, but maybe not) can be helpful. But there are all kinds of good written instructions out there. You will get all the moral and/or how-to support you need as well right here. Another thing that I did is go to a male medical clinic. Where I live $100 gets you some sample meds, a consult, even a sample injection (on you, not the dummy dick) so you can understand what's involved. (EDIT: I see solvingadream said some of same yesterday!)
ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.
Re: Questions Regarding My Appointment with Urologist
Yes I still live in Canada.
Today after waiting 6 months for the urology appointment, I talked with Dr Brock for about 3 minutes.
He asked about why I wanted to use Penile Injections. I told him that although Viagra works it does not seem as effective and since I struggle with PE for which I take Paroxetine that I suspect it causes weaker erections.
He scheduled a trial for injections at end of April (two months from now).
It's been frustrating to say the least to have to wait 8 months just to try these out.
Earlier this week I talked to my wife about the urologist appointment and my issues with erections. She told me quite plainly that she has lost interest in sex because of my erection issues. On the rare occasions when we have sex. Although it usual is successful. I am limited in positions (due to weaker erections) and have to limit my thrusting in order to last longer.
Honestly at this point, even if Penile Injections would fix ED/PE and weaker erections problems, although I am hopeful I question if sex intimacy would be restored beyond have sex once a month.

Age: 68. Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Used Viagra for 10+ years with mixed success.
In May 2022 started using Trimix with very good results.
Feb 2023 developed PD
2023 still in treatment for PD, and still using Trimix with very good results

Keep/get her interested in the interim with dildo fantasy play. I get good Trimix erections but my wife and I have had fun for 30 years including this every time.
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
